What Affects Processing Time?
Processing involves a detailed inspection of materials, zippers, seams, linings, embellishments, and more. Most orders are processed within 24 hours on business days, but factors such as:

Larger or multi-item orders
may extend this timeframe to 2–5 business days.
If you'd like to cancel a backordered item, simply contact our support team, and we’ll assist you within 24 hours.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and dispatched. Estimated delivery windows:

Brazil, Russia & remote areas: up to 30 business days
Note: If your express shipping order is split into multiple packages, only the first package will be shipped express; the rest will use standard shipping.
Customs & Duties

Auremoon is not liable for customs fees or any delivery delays due to unpaid charges.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs or is unclaimed, any incurred return fees will be deducted from your refund in the form of store credit.
Unclaimed or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is refused or unclaimed:

Delivery personnel will attempt re-delivery.

If unsuccessful, the parcel may be destroyed or abandoned by local authorities.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

If the parcel is returned to us, return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit refund.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes pre-order and in-stock items:

Your entire order will be shipped once all items are available.

For urgent needs, we recommend placing separate orders.
Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are approximate. If a delay exceeds 10 business days, we will notify you via email and work with you to offer an alternative solution.
Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel:

Contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.

If your order hasn’t entered the warehouse, we’ll do our best to accommodate the cancellation.
A $7 processing fee will be applied to cover transaction costs.
Once your order is in the warehouse or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
