Return Eligibility & Conditions
Please contact our Customer Service team at shonomoon@gmail.com before returning any item. We’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

Underwear

Accessories (e.g. earrings, stockings, body piercings, etc.)
Important: Items with the pink brand label removed or cut off will not be eligible for return.
Final Sale Items
Products discounted over 50% or marked with prices ending in *.55, *.88, *.98, or *.99 are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
30-Day Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Here's how:

Contact us within 30 days and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

Let us know whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

Ship the item back within the 30-day window. Once we receive and inspect the item (ensuring it is in resaleable condition), we’ll process your refund (excluding shipping costs).
Change of Mind Returns
If your item is not defective but you changed your mind:

If your order has shipped: You may return it, but the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

If your order hasn't shipped yet: We can cancel it free of charge.

Defective / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return cost and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package is destroyed by local postal services, we cannot offer refunds. If it is returned to us, any incurred return fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

If the return is due to a customer preference (not a product issue), the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping cost.

No restocking fee will be charged for any return.
